Exchange / Retun Policy

Exchange policy :

1. 7-day Exchange policy gives you the option to exchange items.
2. Keep the product unused and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product.
3. Shipping charges are not applicable in case of exchange.
4. The exchange order will be shipped within 48 Hours of receiving the returned packet.
5. The exchange policy allows only size exchanges.

 

Return Policy:

1. 2-day Return policy gives you the option to return items.
2. The refund will be initiated within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned packet.
3. A Rs.199 fee applies for return order.
4. Keep the product unused and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product.
5. Refund will be processed after 24 hours post-delivery of your order.
